It was only hours ago that Jake was telling us all about a new app just released to coincide with UNDERWORLD: AWAKENING and here I am already with some more UNDERWORLD goods to help get you stoked for the flick.
While today’s update isn’t really anything worth writing home about we are treated to two brand new stills from the flick. Found above and below, the new shots feature stars Michael Ealy and Kate Beckinsale in action. Ealy looks ready to pop a cap in some punk’s ass while Beckinsale seems to be in a bit of a pickle… Just scroll away to check the stills out for yourself.
Kate Beckinsale, star of the first two films, returns in her lead role as the vampire warrioress Selene, who escapes imprisonment to find herself in a world where humans have discovered the existence of both Vampire and Lycan clans, and are conducting an all-out war to eradicate both immortal species.
Along with Beckinsale and Ealy, the Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein film is also set to star Stephen Rea, Charles Dance, India Eisley, Sandrine Holt and Theo James. Due to hit theaters everywhere on January 20, 2012, we can expect a lot more UNDERWORLD updates as we near that date.
