David Twohy’s A PERFECT GETAWAY was just granted a nice healthy R rating. That coupled with the excellent casting of hotties Milla Jovovich (above) and Kiele Sanchez (below), as well as wide-eyed winner Timothy Olyphant and the hilarious Steve Zahn, has me pretty damn stoked for the flick. I just wish I knew when the f*ck it was going to be released…
Hold on a sec, I DO know when the f*ck it’s going to be released: Augus 14th 2009! This date was just announced over at Box office mojo and I sure am pleased. This GETAWAY is staking out land as a summer movie. This also now raises the stakes of its potential to rock. The plot does seem like a sweet ride. Check it:

Again, I can’t help but think that this is just ideal casting. I’m really looking forward to seeing how this one pans out. Just a couple more months!
