A Violent trailer

“Ouch!” was all I could say after watching the new promo trailer for the vigilante-style splatterfest, A DAY OF VIOLENCE. I should have known what I was getting into after viewing the graphic pics from the flick which Mr. Ammon showed us all here. I did get to see where most of those sick pics came into play through the trailer, though. Oh and by the way, it is In No F*cking Way Safe For Work! We’re talking excessively bloody, bodily damage without the wimpy cut-aways as well as a bouncy boob shot!

You can see for yourself by simply scrolling down to the bottom. Just don’t eat anything right before you watch. I’d hate to be partially responsible for whatever mess may ensue just in case you were a little more squeamish than you initially thought. Okay, I’ve said my piece. Here’s the full plot (which does sound pretty cool):

Mitchell Parker’ lies dead on the county morgue slab. In life, ‘Mitchell’ served the low ranks of Debt Collectors, surrounded by all the filth and scum that the world had to offer. He thought his luck was in, when on a routine collection he stumbles across £100,000 in cash, hidden in the sofa of one of his clients. A dark and haunting past hangs over the head of ‘Mitchell Parker’, one that will lead him on a journey of redemption and ultimately sacrifice. Hunted by the gang whose Money he has stolen. He must evade capture and use the money to rid himself of his demons once and for all. Witness his last days of life…

It was written and directed by Darren Ward and stars Giovanni Lombardo Radice, Nick Rendell, Christopher Fosh, Victor D. Thorn, Peter Rnic, Steve Humphries, and Helena Martin. VIOLENCE is set to release some time in 2008.
