Some acquisition news for you in the middle of this very busy Halloween day, kiddies. Two films that we’ve been keeping an eye on for a while will be coming our way next year!

XLrator Media has acquired all U.S. rights to UNDER THE BED, the new horror/thriller from the producers of V/H/S and director Steven C. Miller (the upcoming Silent Night). Starring Jonny Weston and Gattlin Griffith, the film tells the story of two brothers who team up to battle the monster living under their bed.

XLrator Media will release UNDER THE BED in theaters next summer.

Meanwhile, MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN director Ryûhei Kitamura and WWE Studios’ thriller NO ONE LIVES has been picked up by Anchor Bay, which will evidently release the movie theatrically in North America, the U.K. and Australia at some point next year.

In NO ONE LIVES, a ruthless criminal gang takes a young couple hostage and goes to ground in an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere. When the captive girl is killed, the tables are unexpectedly turned. The gang finds itself outsmarted by an urbane and seasoned killer determined to ensure that no one lives…

NO ONE LIVES stars Adelaide Clemens, Lee Tergesen, America Olivo, Laura Ramsey and Lindsey Shaw (pictured below).
