Yesterday we got word of some casting news for HBO’s TRUE BLOOD, and as if there were a ton of more roles that needed to be filled… today offers a few more from the casting department!
According to THR, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER’s Joe Manganiello will be returning in a more recurring role as the werewolf Alcide. And if you’re fans of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, this is likely kind of a big deal. But I’m not, so it doesn’t really matter much to me none.
In other TRUE BLOOD casting news, Cooper Huckabee has been cast as Sam’s dad, Joe. This goes with yesterday’s announcement of the show’s mothers being cast as well.
Vampires and werewolves on HBO are pretty much the hottest ticket in town right about now, and Season 3 is looking to kill the competition… or at least drain the blood out of their lifeless bodies. Stick around for even more TRUE BLOOD casting news as we hear it!
