AMC airs Creepshow reboot for six weeks while pushing NOS4A2 premiere back

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Reboots are always fickle things – some work (the new TWILIGHT ZONE was surprisingly good) while others crash and burn (both FANTASY ISLAND reboots). Luckily the most recent CREEPSHOW remake has fortunately been more the former than the latter, and also quite successful on the horror streaming service Shudder (owned by AMC). Due to the show's success, AMC was going to air it on its main cable channel for three weeks, but Deadline reports that due to current scheduling upheavals, CREEPSHOW will now air for six weeks instead from May 4th-18th.

Scheduling has also apparently affected Joe Hill's vampire show NOS4A2, starring Zachary Quinto, which will now be premiering its second season on June 21st instead of the previously scheduled June 1st. While not as critically-acclaimed as Hill's other show – Netflix's LOCKE & KEY – NOS4A2 (the license plate on the main vampire's car) still has its own campy charm, and Quinto makes a great villain (as he did in his breakout role in HEROES).

So what do you guys think? Any fans of these horror shows? Either way, sound off below!
