I can imagine that a documentary released in the summer might get lost among the DARK KNIGHTs and HELLBOYs but we’re determined to not let you readers forget about AMERICAN TEEN. It won the Directing Award at the Sundance Film Festival and was picked up by Paramount Vantage for a release this summer. It follows five kids at Warsaw Community High School in Indiana as they finish up their senior year.
Perhaps the breakout star (or at least subject of many a fanboy crush) would be Hannah Bailey the “rebel” of the movie (she’s actually just a cute, alternachick).
