Ash prepares to dispatch some deadites in groovy new Ash vs Evil Dead poster

Ashley J. Williams is back baby, and he's ready to kick some deadite ass. The upcoming Starz series will see Bruce Campbell stepping back into the role which made him famous but this time, he won't be acting alone; Campbell will be joined by Lucy Lawless, Dana Delorenzo, Ray Santiago, and Jill Marie Jones for ten episodes of Ash vs. Evil Dead.

A fresh poster for the series was unveiled via Twitter, check it out below!

I was initially a little hesitant to get overly excited about Ash vs. Evil Dead, but damn if I haven't been getting pumped about it. Bruce Campbell is always entertaining to watch and it will be nice to see Sam Raimi, who will be directing the first episode, heading back to his splatterific roots.

Ash vs. Evil Dead synopsis:

Campbell reprises his role as Ash, the aging lothario and chainsaw-handed monster hunter who has spent the last 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead. When a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind, Ash is finally forced to face his demons – personal and literal.

Ash vs. Evil Dead will premiere on October 31, 2015 on Starz.
