Ava DuVernay, Guillermo Del Toro, Array

Today at 9 AM PT, filmmaker Ava DuVernay (A WRINKLE IN TIME, THE NEW GODS) and ARRAY will be launching an epic online Q & A with an expected 60 directors for the fourth filmmaker tweet-a-thon! Throughout most of the day, directors the likes of Guillermo del Toro, Patty Jenkins, Jon M. Chu and Lulu Wang will be in attendance to field a series of questions from you, their enthusiastic and dedicated fans!

“We hope today’s day-long Q&A feels like a virtual group hug from filmmakers to film fans,” DuVernay told Deadline as the WHEN THEY SEE US helmer prepared to kick the show off this morning. “Everyone at ARRAY just wanted to create a space for positivity and community during these tense times,” added DuVernay. “The fact that 60 filmmakers of color and women directors answered our call is beautiful and we hope everyone has some good fun.”
