My fear was that this first trailer for THE AVENGERS would basically be a recycle of footage we had already seen in that stinger at the end of CAPTAIN AMERICA. Nope! This is the real deal folks! Two solid minutes of action including our first ever look at The Hulk!
I don’t want to talk too much because I know you’re just skipping past all these words words words to get to the sweet AVENGERS action, but some real quick thoughts. I try hard to not be a fanboy when I’m doing this job because just geeking out over things isn’t doing anyone a real service. But it’s kinda hard to watch this trailer and not geek out seeing Thor launch himself at Captain America’s shield with Mjolnir or Tony Stark trading quips with Bruce Banner. It’s just so f*cking cool.
