The direct to DVD sequel THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT 2 hits shelves on October 10th, and in anticipation of it we’ve got some clips for you to check out. Unsurprisingly, none of the original creative team are returning, but it still looks like it could be a good bit of easy fun.
Here’s the madness at play this time around:
The highly-anticipated, thematic sequel to the 2004 hit The Butterfly Effect, follows Nick Larson (TV’s The L Word, TV’s Modern Men) as he turns back the clock to alter the fate of his girlfriend, Julie (Erica Durance, TV’s Smallville, TV’s Tru Calling), and his best friends after a deadly car crash. However, time-travel has a way of catching up with him, and the future is not always what is seems.
Sure the concept isn’t exactly a barnburner, but the clips promise some cheap genre joy. Plus you can’t hate anything that’s got Erica Durance in it. Check out the clips below in gorgeous Quicktime,and don’t forget to hit up the Official Site to scope the trailer.
