Maybe one of the most anticipated films to be coming out next year (for me, at least) is JOHN RAMBO (aka RAMBO IV), as it’s been way too long since we’ve seen Rambo in action, and let’s face it: if there’s a time when the world needs Sylvester Stallone sporting bad hair, a head band and one big ass machine gun, this is it!
reports this morning that RAMBO scored a leading lady over the weekend, that being Julie Benz, who’s been rocking it on Showtime’s ‘Dexter’ as of late, and had a stint on ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ a few years back. She has that ‘look’ about her that screams ‘ass kicker’ and not just ‘damsel in distress’, so hooray for her. Plus, she’s flippin’ hot, yo!
The flick already co-stars Sam Elliott, Matthew Marsden and Sai Mawng, and features Rambo saving a bunch of Missionaries in Myanmar by blowing away everyone in sight. Or at least, I hope he does. JOHN RAMBO is currently filming in Cambodia, stick around for more news and updates as we hear them!
