Warner Bros along with Robert Downey Jr. and wife, Susan have hired Bill Dubuque to script, THE JUDGE.
Dobuque just scripted THE HEADHUNTER’S CALLING and THE ACCOUNTANT, an action thriller that was on the 2011 Blacklist.

The dramedy centers on, “a big-city lawyer who returns home after the death of his mother to learn that his estranged father, a judge, is suspected of murder. He sets out to discover the truth and along the way reconnects with the family he walked away from years before.” David Dobkin (WEDDING CRASHERS) will direct.
Up next for Downey Jr. is IRON MAN 3 with Shane Black helming. There’s still a possibility that Mr. Awesome will join Tim Burton’s PINOCCHIO.
