Oh, you’re going to want to see this one! Fangoria just scored an exclusive
advanced peek at the debut teaser trailer for the forthcoming supernatural slasher-fest, BLOOD NIGHT. Score yourself a peek right HERE. The teaser was sent by the flick’s writer/director, Frank Sabatella, who is clearly a true fan of the genre (just check out the in-depth and in-sane interview he also gave Fango HERE.). This bodes extremely well for the chances of BLOOD NIGHT totally kicking my ass to a bloody pulp (and yes, that’s a positive thing.)!
Want a little more proof? Just read the following excerpt taken from Sabatello’s interview: “One of the things I loved so much as a kid when watching horror movies was that there were certain guarantees,” he notes. “If you rented an R-rated flick, or snuck into a theater, you knew you were going to see naked chicks and great kills, and I wanted to bring that concept to BLOOD NIGHT.”
Now, take a stab at the plot: A group of teenagers celebrating the anniversary of the death of a local axe murderer suddenly find themselves face to face with the realities of this haunting urban legend.
This flick just seems to keep getting better and better! Juicy carnage and jublees, and a faithful student of the genre: you can’t go wrong! Well, I might as well pop the cherry on top.
