At last we all can take a sigh of relief, as Peter Jackson has finished casting the main parts for his latest adaptation of a famous book, LOVELY BONES. However, the casting doesn’t bring us a high profile name like the previous casting choices (Ryan Gosling, Rachel Weisz), instead we are treated with a little girl by the name of Saoirse Ronan. She will be playing the daughter of Weisz and Gosling and is the central character from the Alice Sebold novel of the same name.

Ronan will play Sussie, the little girl who is murdered but observes her family in the afterlife. She also watches as her killer covers up her murder as he prepares to kill again.
