Bradley Cooper and director Joe Carnahan reunite for wolf-pack thriller The Grey

Damn this Bradley Cooper dude is on f*ckin’ fire!

After THE HANGOVER catapulted the man into A-list super stardom, Cooper has been landing one high profile gig after the next. Not only that, some of his lesser known roles are receiving the “let’s cash in on the heat factor” treatment, as evidenced in final marketing push for CASE 39. So when it was announced Cooper would assume one of the leads in the long gestating A-TEAM movie, none of us were taken aback too much. Were we. Well, looks like the dude is reuniting with A-TEAM director Joe Carnahan to make a killer wolf pack thriller entitled THE GREY (Variety).

Produced by Tony and Ridley Scott under their Free Scott banner, THE GREY revolves around the survivors of a plane crash who become hunted by a pack of wolves.

Decent premise, I suppose. Just when you think the most high has praised your existence by letting you survive the un-survivable, you get poached by a pack of voracious 4-legged predators? Sweet titties!

The project will mark the fifth feature film for Carnahan as director, behind BLOOD, GUTS, BULLETS AND OCTANE, NARC, SMOKIN’ ACES, and the aforementioned A-TEAM adaptation.

No scribes or production dates are seemingly slated at this juncture.

Cooper’s former wife, the spicy Jennifer Esposito!
