Neil Marshall’s CENTURION (see Chris Bumbray’s REVIEW) has hit some film festivals stateside and is looking to hit theaters domestically August 27th… but if you live in the UK, you can own that shit on DVD / Blu-ray next week!

That’s right. On August 16th, CENTURION finds its way to UK DVD / Blu-ray with the following special features:

* Audio Commentary with Director Neil Marshall, Cinematographer Sam McCurdy, Production Designer Simon Bowles and Special Make-Up Effects Designer Paul Hyett

* The Lost Legion Featurette

* Getting Down and Dirty Featurette

* Guts and Gore Featurette

* Fireballs, Stunts & Mayhem Featurette

* Deleted Scenes with Introduction from Director Neil Marshall

* Production Design Gallery

* Outtakes

Nice! All those features go for both the DVD and the Blu-ray release, so you don’t get shafted for having the former format. Good shit. The flick sounds pretty awesome (watch for Bumbray’s quote on the U.S. cover art when it’s announced), and the cover art below is dope. I mean, it’s bloody, right? That sold me!

Enjoy the cover art below and get ready for CENTURION on DVD and Blu-ray in the UK August 16, 2010, and in theaters in the U.S. and Canada August 27, 2010.
