The crown jewel of Her Majesty’s Secret Intelligence Service, Agent Lorraine Broughton (Charlize Theron) is equal parts spycraft, sensuality and savagery, willing to deploy any of her skills to stay alive on her impossible mission. Sent alone into Berlin to deliver a priceless dossier out of the destabilized city, she partners with embedded station chief David Percival (James McAvoy) to navigate her way through the deadliest game of spies. Check out the action with the first red-band trailer for ATOMIC BLONDE!

Now that David Leitch is directing DEADPOOL 2, all eyes will be on him to see if he can deliver with ATOMIC BLONDE and judging from this trailer, I'd say he has a good handle on capturing sexy and stylistic. Charlize has commanded a lot of great, kick-ass characters in cinema and ATOMIC BLONDE looks to be one her best yet. I'd like to see more of her dynamic with James McAvoy, but it's hard to argue with her shared screentime with Sofia Boutella.

ATOMIC BLONDE will hit theaters on July 28, 2017.
