Seth MacFarlane has no problem gathering up great bunch of names for his feature films. Technically he’s only done one previous to A MILLION WAYS TO DIE IN THE WEST but getting Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis for a debut is quite nice.

His western comedy stars Amanda Seyfried, Neil Patrick Harris, Liam Neeson, Giovanni Ribisi, Sarah Silverman, and the subject of today’s news—Charlize Theron. In the second photo for the flick, Theron shows off her pistol skills in an effort to give Angus (played by MacFarlane) some confidence. I doubt I had you going with the “pistols” innuendo but I try to squeeze one in if I can.

Synopsis:

Albert (Seth MacFarlane) is a sheep farmer who lacks courage, losing his beloved girlfriend (Amanda Seyfried) as a result of his withdrawal from a duel. He soon meets another lady (Charlize Theron), and discovers his bravery and confidence. The herder soon realizes his true potential when the lady’s spouse (Liam Neeson), an infamous criminal, demands payback.

A MILLION WAYS TO DIE IN THE WEST will hit theaters on May 30th, 2014.
