Check out the creepy cool final trailer for Paranorman

The final web-only trailer for Laika Entertainment’s PARANORMAN has arrived and steers the marketing in a more suspenseful and creepy direction.  The past few trailers have been good, but mostly what you’d expect from a stop-motion film with supernatural tendencies.  This, however, is more of a live-action thriller type trailer and it works exceptionally.

Check it out:

Looks pretty cool, no?  The reviews for PARANORMAN have been pretty solid thus far (currently sitting at 76% on RT) with the general buzz for the film in the positive.  As a big fan of stop-motion animation, there’s no way I’d miss it.

PARANORMAN, starring the voice talents of Kodi Smit-McPhee, Anna Kendrick, John Goodman, Casey Affleck, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Leslie Mann, and Jeff Garlin, opens this Friday, August 17, 2012.
