Chriqui joins 13

Oh how I love a story like this, where my main objective is less about giving you information and more about me intensely searching through dozens of sexy pictures of a hot young actress. Don’t worry, I’ll share with you – the info and the pictures. The actress in question is Emmanuelle Chriqui, who is absolutely adorable. You may know her from ENTOURAGE, or – god help you – YOU DON’T MESS WITH THE ZOHAN (or whatever the f*ck that movie is called, I’m not checking). Chriqui is joining the cast of 13, the English-language remake of 13 TZAMETI, which is a very good little movie that I highly recommend.

Chriqui finally brings some femininity to a cast that was previously just a sausage party. Mickey Rourke, Jason Statham, 50 Cent, Ray Winstone, and Ben Gazzara will all appear in Gela Babluani’s thriller, which is shooting in NYC. I have no idea how (or why, natch) this film will be made, since the story is so dark and intimate, but at least the cast is pretty damn cool. In case you’re hearing about it for the first time, 13 is about a young man who enters a deadly world of unground gambling, where men gamble on the lives of other men. It really doesn’t scream “Hollywood” so I can only assume the story will be pussified…
