Christopher Nolan usually stays in the directors chair, although sometimes he makes exceptions. Okay, he’s made one exception–letting Zack Snyder helm MAN OF STEEL. Now he’s making another.
Nolan has hired actor turned director Keith Gordon for a supernatural thriller. Syncopy, Nolan’s company has set the film up over at Warner Bros. Gordon has directed WAKING THE DEAD and THE SINGING DETECTIVE as well as episodes of DEXTER. You might remember Gordon as Arnie Cunningham in the 1983 adaptation of Stephen King’s CHRISTINE.
Gordon will write and direct the project. There are no plot details at the time. Deadline states that the film is based on a novel, but they have no idea which novel it is.
