We're just two days away from the November 1st release date of TERMINATOR: DARK FATE, which means a lot of theatres will actually start having screenings of the movie tomorrow night, if that's how you'd like to spend your Halloween. Judging by our own JimmyO's 9/10 review of the film, it sounds like it might be one of the better options.

If you need to see a little more action from the movie before you decide whether or not you want to go see it, we've got you covered with a 40 second clip embedded below. (The clip is then followed by a trailer.) In this clip, the villainous Terminator played by Gabriel Luna is in relentless pursuit of our heroes – those characters being new heroine Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes), Arnold Schwarzenegger as a bearded good guy Terminator, and Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor. As the clip goes on, Luna's Terminator proves to be quite tough to damage.

TERMINATOR franchise creator James Cameron returned to produce DARK FATE and also crafted the story with David S. Goyer, Justin Rhodes, Charles Eglee, and Josh Friedman. Their story is a sequel to only the original THE TERMINATOR and TERMINATOR 2: JUDGMENT DAY, ignoring the events of the sequels Cameron wasn't involved with.

Directed by Tim Miller and scripted by Goyer, Rhodes, and Billy Ray, DARK FATE finds that Sarah Connor is now

a grizzled lone wolf who must team up with a mechanically enhanced female soldier to protect another young woman targeted by Terminators.

The "mechanically enhanced female soldier" mentioned there is Grace, played by Mackenzie Davis.

Check out the clip below and decide – will you be watching TERMINATOR: DARK FATE this weekend?
