Neville Page (above) will be providing concept art and costume design for Ridley Scott’s PROMETHEUS, reports AvPGalaxy. Page’s impressive resume includes creature designer credits on such films as CLOVERFIELD, AVATAR, PIRANHA, STAR TREK and the upcoming SUPER 8.

The sci-fi/action film is directed by Ridley Scott and written by Damon Lindelof and Jon Spaihts. It stars Noomi Rapace, Charlize Theron, Guy Pearce, Michael Fassbender, Idris Alba, Logan Marshall-Green, Rafe Spall, Sean Harris and Katie Dickie.

Although rumors have been circulating, an official synopsis for PROMETHEUS has not yet been released. All we know for sure is that it’s a pseudo-prequel to ALIEN that takes place in the distant future. It hits theaters on June 8, 2012 from 20th Century Fox.
