Colin Farrell, Mickey Rourke, Sam Rockwell and Christopher Walken are all psychopaths

Good news if you’re a fan of the extremely dark comedy IN BRUGES — star Colin Farrell is reuniting with its writer-director Martin McDonagh for SEVEN PSYCHOPATHS.

And even better, Farrell will be joined by Sam Rockwell, Mickey Rourke and Christopher Walken in the black comedy.

If you’re looking for the other three madmen, the name may be misleading — it’s actually the title of a script that Farrell’s screenwriter character is struggling with. When he hits a creative brick wall, he “gets drawn into the dog kidnapping schemes of his oddball friends (Rockwell and Walken). Things take a turn for the worse when a gangster’s (Rourke) mutt goes missing.”

And you know how Rourke loves the little hounds, so (if IN BRUGES is any indication) expect some unexpected events that may include disturbing scenes of people plunging off of buildings or getting holes blown through them.

The movie does not take place in Bruges.
