As our coverage of the 2014 SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL continues, I’m pretty damn excited to show you guys and gals a really awesome display that Sega and the Creative Assembly put on for their hugely-anticipated video game ALIEN ISOLATION. Since the disastrous release of ALIENS: COLONIAL MARINES last year, fans of the franchise such as myself have been drooling for a true Alien game experience and after tremendous response from E3 2014, it looks like we’re finally getting it.

In the video game area of the convention floor, a booth by Future (#241) was setup to showcase the game with the main attraction being able to sit and play a survival demo inside a huge replica of the classic facehugger incubation egg. No expense was spared here and ontop of that, the booth was also providing a prequel comic book issue from Dark Horse which goes over the events preceeding the game where you take on the character of Amanda Riply, Ellen’s daughter. It was a terrific booth and we highly recommend you go check it out if you’re on the floor. Enjoy some pics and video below. The game will release for PC, Xbox 360/One and Playstation 3/4 on October 7th.
