Let’s just accept it now: that extra dimension that helped make AVATAR a box office whopper is going to be showing up on more and more movies (personally, I like having the option, as long as the movie itself is still worthwhile).
And so the next screen adventure that will require special goggles is Marcus Nispel’s update of CONAN. According to IESB, the Cimmerian will be slicing his way thorugh Hyboria in glorious 3D. Heads will roll… right into your lap! Or something.
“Stargate Atlantis” actor Jason Momoa will star as Robert E. Howard’s sword-swinging pulp icon, and is presumably now working out like a fiend before filming begins next month. Mickey Rourke is rumored to play Conan’s dad.
