Back at the end of October we got word on the cast listing for the titular character from Marcus Nispel’s CONAN. The Arrow quickly hit us with his suggestion for ‘Conan’ (Paul Sloan) but it seems the studio is going another route…
Deadline Hollywood are reporting that Millennium Films and Lionsgate have narrowed the choices for ‘Conan’ down to three names, according to reliable sources. TWILIGHT’s Kellan Lutz (above left), STARGATE ATLANTIS’ Jason Momoa (above right) and an unnamed-yet-established actor. Hmm alright. Word has it the choice was a toss-up between Lutz and Momoa when this third name got thrown into the mix. Who’s the mysterious contestant? We can only speculate below!
Marcus Nispel is gearing up to start production on CONAN in Bulgari on March 15th with a script from Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer. That’s exactly two months away so hopefully they find their ‘Conan’ soon! As soon as we hear anything else we’ll pass along the good word to all of you!
