Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me Do It release date pushed back to next year!

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

With no signs of Covid infections slowing down in the US, Warner Bros. has had to delay many upcoming, highly-anticipated releases due to safety concerns, as well as the uncertainty of theaters opening up in the first place. This includes the upcoming horror sequel CONJURING 3: THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT – starring Patrick Wilson and Vera Famiga, and produced by James Wan – which will vacate its original September 2020 release date to June 4th, 2021. Here's the offiical synopsis:

Paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren try to uncover the truth behind a murderer's claim of demonic possession.

Meanwhile, TENET – directed by Christopher Nolan and starring John David Washington and Robert Pattinson – is also feeling the pressure. First, it seemed that WB was going to kowtow to Nolan's demand that it keep it's original July release date, but eventually caved to the reality of the pandemic situation and moved it to August. Now, it's been pulled from the schedule and has been delayed "indefinitely"…though, they are hoping to have a date finalized soon. Here's that film's synopsis:

An operative (Washington) of the organization known as Tenet is tasked with preventing World War III.

So what do you guys think? Excited for these upcoming films? Either way, sound off below!
