We here at AITH are huge fans of the highly-talented, up-and-coming genre darling, Tracy Coogan. This Ireland-born little lass was a true revelation in ZOMBIE HONEYMOON and has been able to parlay her success with that film into many more roles. We just heard about Ms. Coogan’s latest genre entry titled THRILLSEEKERS THE INDOSHEEN, a wild sci-fi action/adventure/thriller from writer/director Robert Pfitzner. In my eyes, this project automatically received an increase in its clout upon signing Tracy.
So, what the heck is THRILLSEEKERS about? Well, as of now we don’t know much. The teaser one-sheet up top doesn’t do much to help, but I’m guessing it will have a futuristic feel. We do know that it will merge innovate CGI and unique live sets and actors. Plus, there has already been a great amount of buzz surrounding the film with Sci-Fi Action Adventure fans and distribution companies this year.
Pre-production starts this month for New Cinescope Pictures, which Robert Pfitzner heads. He is currently working on storyboards and is busy building a strong production team, visiting soundstages and talking to potential computer graphic artists.
