Cool Horror Gear: Jason and Freddy are now a couple of Potato Heads

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

I can't say I ever expected to see FRIDAY THE 13TH or NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET merchandise like this. As part of their Pop Taters line that gives spud makeovers to famous characters, the folks over at PPWToys have created Mr. Potato Head versions of iconic slashers Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger.

These things look pretty cool to me, and they're about as adorable as Jason and Freddy have ever been. Personally, Jason is my favorite of the two characters, and although I never thought a Jason Voorhees Potato Head would exist, I really want one now that it does.

The toys are set to reach stores in October, with a retail price of $17.99.
