Like a heart attack on a one way street, A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 4: THE DREAM MASTER was hopelessly 80's. The soundtrack was a tsunami of electric drums and Dramarama, underscoring Renny Harlin's over-the-top style that brought Freddy Krueger full force into the realm of goofy comedy.
As a retro curio, nothing could beat the film. Until now. Tuesday Knight, who appeared in the film in the role of Kristen Parker (taking over for the Academy Award-winning Patricia Arquette) also performed the title track: "Nightmare."
Via her web site, Tuesday Knight is currently selling limited edition vinyl copies of her single. It's a dream come true for Freddy fans. Or a nightmare come true for synthpop haters. Included on the 45 vinyl single are:
- Rare, Limited Edition Colored (RED) Vinyl
- Special Designed Sleeve
- Studio and Instrumental Versions
- Signed by Tuesday Knight
- Comes with a Limited Edition "Greetings From Hell" postcard
- Free Single Digital Download
- Free Shipping
Fans who want to shell out a couple extra bucks can also get it signed by Knight's co-star Brooke Bundy, who played her alcoholic mother.
