Bethesda Softworks today revealed the “Tokyo Game Show trailer” for an awesome looking game called “The Evil Within,” Shinji Mikami’s new survival horror game coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on October 14. In case you’re wondering, Tokyo Game Show is actually a summit for game developers.
In The Evil Within, Detective Sebastian Castellanos (Anson Mount) and his partners are called in to investigate a gruesome mass murder. After seeing the slaughter of fellow officers, Sebastian is ambushed and knocked unconscious. When he awakens, he finds himself in a deranged world where hideous creatures wander among the dead. Facing unimaginable terror, and fighting for survival, Sebastian embarks on a frightening journey to unravel what’s behind this evil force.
