Cool Horror Videos: The Guest trailer redux, cut by Jason Eisener

Easily one of our most anticipated films of the year, Adam Wingard and Simon Barrett's THE GUEST, hits limited theaters today and we couldn't be more stoked about it. We've heard nothing but great things about the flick, which stars Dan Stevens and Maika Monroe, and we were sold from the very first trailer we saw. Now we've got something very cool to share with you this morning, and after checking it out I'm certain you'll be equally as excited about seeking out THE GUEST in a theater near you.

We've got a redux trailer for THE GUEST to share with ya, and this badass trailer was cut by HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN director Jason Eisener. Eisener also helmed segments for V/H/S and THE ABC'S OF DEATH. Eisener often cuts trailers for the films that he loves, and he shared that THE GUEST is his favorite film of the year (a sentiment shared by a lot of folks who have gotten the chance to see it early). Says Eisener:

I'm good buds with Adam and Simon, and to show my love for their film (and to thank Adam for all the times he let me sleep on his couch), I cut my own trailer for them. The film has such a rocking soundtrack and is super fun, so I tried capture that spirit of the film.
