Cool Video: Deepfake Blade comparison of Wesley Snipes & Mahershala Ali!

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

So this is cool! YouTube channel FaceToFake just released a new comparison video, showing off how recently cast Mahershala Ali could look as Blade in the upcoming MCU reboot, alongside the original Daywalker himself, Wesley Snipes!

Honestly, I think we're in good hands, if this vid is anything to go by! And while I'll of course always have a nostalgic soft spot for Snipes, I think Ali wiill acquit himself quite well. Check it out in the embed at the top of the article to see for youself!

Either way, here's the official synopsis for the original 1998 film:

A half-vampire, half-mortal man becomes a protector of the mortal race, while slaying evil vampires.

Meanwhile, the next Blade film starring Mahershala Ali is set to premiere 2022 (or potentially earlier, if his rumored role in Sam Raimi's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is legit), while you can buy the original Wesley Snipes Blade here!

So what do you guys think? Excited about a new Blade film in MCU? Sound off below!
