Last year, we shared with you a video of children reenacting the 2013 Best Picture nominees. This year, we have the latest version featuring all of this year’s Oscar nominees, including GRAVITY, CAPTAIN PHILLIPS, 12 YEARS A SLAVE, HER, and more. I didn’t think there was a way to pull off kids performing scenes from DJANGO UNCHAINED, but then I saw this video.

There is a much darker crop of films nominated for Best Picture this year, including AMERICAN HUSTLE and THE WOLF OF WALL STREET, both films with content I would never want to see children perform. But, somehow this video manages to pull it off while not breaking any child endangerment laws. Something just strikes me as f*cking hilarious when I see the kid dressed as Christian Bale and Bradley Cooper in AMERICAN HUSTLE. Classic.

Here’s hoping NYMPHOMANIAC isn’t nominated next year.
