Not too long ago, we were speculating about the possiblity of a HALF-LIFE movie after the videogame’s creators alluded to the idea of keeping the property out of Hollywood’s hands and making a movie themselves.
But while a live-action adaptation would likely be prohibitively expensive, a computer-animated version could be a viable alternative, as demonstrated by this brief “teaser” of an upcoming trailer for a hypothetical HALF-LIFE 2 movie. It was put together by Weta digital artist Marco Spitoni, and doesn’t offer too much by way of story but showcases some sweet “money shots”.
