Cool Videos: Raiders of the Lost Ark swordsman’s story

Many fans of RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK know the story behind the infamous swordsman scene — Indiana Jones was supposed to have a big brawl with the miniboss, but actor Harrison Ford was suffering from dysentery on the day of filming and instead suggested the option that led to one of the movie’s biggest applause moments.

But according to the short film “Uncle Matin’s Sword Trick” (featuring Big Mike from NBC’s “Chuck”), what we saw was an unfair representation of the swordsman character and the events leading to his untimely demise. Witness the tragic events below.
