We got a heads up today from genre director Joe Knee (GHOST GAME) that his latest flick, CULT, will be making it’s premiere at this year’s SHRIEKFEST in LA!

The screening is this Saturday, September 30th, starting at 6pm- promptly followed by a Q&A session with the director. What better way to really get inside the mind of the film you just watched than to ask him questions right after you’ve watched it, while it’s still fresh in your mind. If you’re in LA, and you’ve got nothing better to do… why the hell not?

You should probably get an idea of what CULT is all about, so check it out: While researching a local cult, four college students uncover the existence of a supernatural power that may take their lives–and their souls.

Now doesn’t that sound like the perfect way to spend a Saturday night? The flick stars Taryn Manning (pictured), Rachel Miner, Joel Michaely, Glenn Dunk and Fiona Horne. If nothing else, the cast seems to be full of hotties and hence will be ‘easy on the eyes’- that never hurts!

To check out the SHRIEKFEST lineup, go ahead and click HERE and be sure to check out CULT this weekend. If you’re like me, and live nowhere near LA, then no fear… CULT was just picked up for distribution by Maverick Entertainment, and will be hitting DVD shelves sometime March 2007.
