New Daniel Isn’t Real trailer pits Schwarzenegger against Robbins

SOME KIND OF HATE director Adam Egypt Mortimer's DANIEL ISN'T REAL starring Patrick Schwarzenegger and Miles Robbins hits theaters, On Demand, and Digital this December. Based on the novel In This Way I Was Saved by Brian DeLeeuw (snag a copy HERE), DeLeeuw wrote the screenplay with Mortimer.

It centers on:

Troubled college freshman Luke (Robbins) suffers a violent family trauma and resurrects his childhood imaginary friend Daniel (Schwarzenegger) to help him cope. Charismatic and full of manic energy, Daniel helps Luke to achieve his dreams, before pushing him to the very edge of sanity and into a desperate struggle for control of his mind — and his soul.

Directed by Adam Egypt Mortimer (SOME KIND OF HATE) from a script he wrote with Brian DeLeeuw, DANIEL ISN'T REAL stars Miles Robbins, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sasha Lane, Hannah Marks, and Mary Stuart Masterson. SpectreVision's Elijah Wood, Daniel Noah, Josh C. Waller, and Lisa Whalen produced. ACE Pictures' Johnny Chang, Peter Wong, Emma Lee, and Timur Bekbosunov serve as executive producers alongside SpectreVision's Stacy Jorgensen, Elisa Lleras, and Michael McGuire. It hits theaters, On Demand, and Digital on December 6, 2019.
