Inspired by real events, IMPERIUM follows Nate Foster (Daniel Radcliffe), a young, idealistic FBI agent who goes undercover to take down a radical right-wing terrorist group. The bright up-and-coming analyst must confront the challenge of sticking to a new identity while maintaining his real principles as he navigates the dangerous underworld of white supremacy.

In case you haven't heard by now, Daniel Radcliffe absolutely killed it as a gassy corpse in SWISS ARMY MAN, so I'm looking forward to seeing the man flex his acting chops as an FBI informant. The fact that this is getting a limited release doesn't inspire much confidence, but it could prove to be a tense and entertaining flick.

IMPERIUM will open in select theaters and On-Demand on August 19, 2016.
