Ok, so we all know SAW III hits tomorrow, and according to Lionsgate, if the film is a success, you can expect a fourth entry in the series. According to Bloody-Disgusting, the dudes snagged word that one of the writers signed to pen the story for SAW 4 is none other than Joanna Daniel.

‘Who’s Joanna Daniel?’, you say? Well, she was the writer/director who retold the story of ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ in a short film called RED, which was shown at Super Shorts Film Festival 2006 and released by Opiate of the People Films. Obviously, if she’s one of the writers doing a treatment for SAW 4, RED wasn’t exactly kiddie-friendly (short answer: it wasn’t). You can check out the short right here to see for yourself, and hope that if SAW III makes it big, we get more of Jigsaw and his antics next year.
