A few weeks back we showed you the trailer for EA’s upcoming epic video game experience known as DANTE’S INFERNO (check that shite out HERE). All we knew then is that game would be released in February, but no specific date had been attached. Well that is all about to change.
We just received word that a demo of the game (titled the Gates of Hell) will be available to those rockin’ the Playstation Network for a free download on December 10, while those keepin’ it real on Xbox Live will have to wait until Christmas Eve, December 24
Did I mention both downloadable demos are free? Cause they are. It looks as though the time for giving and sharing is really upon us. For those not quite in the loop, here are the game’s details: DANTE’S INFERNO is an epic descent through Dante Alighieri’s nine circles of hell – limbo, lust, gluttony, greed, anger, heresy, violence, fraud and treachery. At a blazing-fast 60 frames per second, each circle features unique environments, all new creatures, terrifying demons, story elements and are scored distinctly to set a tone that fits each circle of sinners.
Hells yeah. The demo will be the entire first level, giving you a taste of what all nine circles of Hell will feel like. If I were big into gaming, I’d probably be shitting my pants in anticipation right now! Get ready for the free demos later this month, and look for DANTE’S INFERNO in stores everywhere February 9, 2010!
