David Spade is bringing his particular brand of comedy to Netflix with a stand-up special titled Nothing Personal. Filmed at the Pantages Theater in Minneapolis, Spade holds nothing back during his latest routine. Do you want to know why he has contempt for crabs? Do you want tips for how to politely refuse drugs? Spade will give you the 411 while keeping a smile on your face throughout the show.

In addition to his side-splitting performance, Spade executive produces alongside Marc Gurvitz, Alex Murray, and John Irwin. The special is directed by Ryan Polito.

Spade recently starred in the Netflix original comedy The Wrong Missy. The film finds Spade playing Tim, who has invited the girl of his dreams on a work retreat to Hawaii, realizing too late he mistakenly texted someone from a nightmare blind date to be his +1. Directed by Tyler Spindel, The Wrong Missy also stars Lauren Lapkus as Missy, Nick Swardson, Molly Sims, Rob Schneider, and Jackie Sandler, among others. Spade also reprised his role as Griffin for the final film in the Hotel Transylvania franchise, Hotel Transylvania: Transformania. Spade has also starred in other Netflix hits such as the original comedy Father of the Year, one of the highest streaming films on the service, as well as The Do-Over, opposite Adam Sandler, which was also a major hit.

Spade is a Saturday Night Live alum and is most famous for the films Tommy Boy and Black Sheep, both of which paired him with comedy legend Chris Farley. It’s been a hot minute since Spade has taken the stand-up stage, with his most recent effort being the 2014 Comedy Central special David Spade: My Fake Problems.
