What do you get when you stick Robert De Niro and Zac Efron in a pink Mini Cooper and send them on a road trip to Daytona for Spring Break? You end up with DIRTY GRANDPA, for better or worse.
This is one that is either going to appeal to your sense of humor or turn you off completely for good reason. Watching a hyper-sexualized Aubrey Plaza want to bed much older men (AARP eligibile or bust) and seeing De Niro proclaim that we should party until we’re pregnant (a horrible motto to live by) is hardly for everyone.
But I’d be lying if I didn’t admit to laughing extremely hard at Plaza taking a load from De Niro right in the chest. That might make me a bad person, no?
You might find some laughs here, or maybe go the other way and locate some solid groans… Either way, you should have a pretty good idea if BAD GRANDPA does anything for you over the next two minutes.
