Back in August My Man Eric told you all about a little British horror flick DEAD CERT (check that shit out HERE), about a gang of tough London gangsters who get more than they bargained for when a group of businessmen make an offer to buy their club, the Inferno. They turn out to be nothing less than Vampires wanting their land back and turn viciously on the gangsters when their demands are not met.
Starring Billy Murray (not Bill Murray) as the lead vampire, Fangoria scored a couple of cool-looking vampire pics from the flick, and even a soundbite from Murray about his role: To follow in the footsteps of actors such as Christopher Lee, Jack Palance, Louis Jourdan and Frank Langella is a thrill. This is one of the great parts, and I’m loving playing it. I am a much darker, more terrifying vampire than the TWILIGHT audience is used too. It’s very gory.
You’re goddamn right it’s more terrifying than TWILIGHT! I’m guessing these vampires have fangs, and they don’t glitter in the sun–they melt and/or explode. Like real vampires.
