The official website for the Paul WS Anderson directed actioner remake DEATH RACE has made its way onto the information superhighway, complete with trailer and other assorted goodies you’d expect from an official site. The plot involves Jason Statham forced to enter the titular race by prison warden Joan Allen in order to get out of jail or something. The plot isn’t so much a focal point in an Anderson film. There’s hot babes, a race with rocket and bomb equipped cars, more hot babes, a healthy dose of man candy and lots of shit blowing. However, if you’re really interested in the so-called plot, just watch the trailer – it pretty much sums up the entire movie. The race begins August 22nd. Click through for the site.
