Fango scored (well, “got”) an exclusive interview with Shawn Roberts, who can currently be seen in SKINWALKERS and the upcoming STIR OF ECHOES: THE HOMECOMING, and recently finished the highly anticipated DIARY OF THE DEAD (he was also apparently in LAND OF THE DEAD but I can’t recall his role).
“People are going to be surprised at the film’s style. We’re breaking down barriers and walls that you don’t see in other films. There’s a quite natural feel to this one. And a big part of that is that this film is totally independent, and George was in complete control of his artistic vision. On LAND OF THE DEAD, many things were out of his control.”

DIARY OF THE DEAD will premiere at the Toronto Film Festival next month (a fairly prestigious fest, it should be noted), and will hopefully, FINALLY, find an American distributor there.
