While Pixar hasn't shied away from sequels in the past, no one can bust them for a lack of creativity this year. With INSIDE OUT coming up on June 19, we now have a teaser trailer for their Thanksgiving flick, THE GOOD DINOSAUR. The story will take place in a "what if?" scenario that finds the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs narrowly missing Earth. The ensuing tale is that of Arlo, an Apatosaurus, who sets out on a remarkable journey, gaining an unlikely human companion along the way. You can get a glimpse of their journey below!
We've heard that the movie has been completely restructured, but according to voice actor John Lithgow, it's all for the better! I can't say the cutesy visual aesthetic of this one really piques my interest, but I've heard nothing but great things about INSIDE OUT (check out our advance review here) and Pixar's track record speaks for itself. JURASSIC WORLD, KUNG FURY and now THE GOOD DINOSAUR? 2015 is the year dinosaurs make their grand resurgence!
THE GOOD DINOSAUR will open on November 25, 2015.
