DON'T BREATHE 2 is finally headed our way with DON'T BREATHE co-writer Rodo Sayagues taking the helm of the sequel. It will mark his directorial debut. Plot details are being kept under lock and key but Stephen Lang is set to reprise his role as Blind Man and the sequel is
set several years after the home invasion of the first movie, with the Blind Man living in quiet solace…until his past sins catch up to him.

Rocky (Jane Levy), Alex and Money are three Detroit thieves who get their kicks by breaking into the houses of wealthy people. Money gets word about a blind veteran who won a major cash settlement following the death of his only child. Figuring he's an easy target, the trio invades the man's secluded home in an abandoned neighborhood. Finding themselves trapped inside, the young intruders must fight for their lives after making a shocking discovery about their supposedly helpless victim.
Sayagues wrote the script for DON'T BREATHE 2 with Alvarez who is producing along with Raimi and Rob Tapert of Ghost House Pictures, and Good Universe. Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisition and its Stage 6 Films division are backing the production.
